By accessing or using Parcel Tracer's operations and cash management platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Parcel Tracer provides a software platform for delivery companies to manage their operations, including order management, driver dispatching, merchant settlements, cash tracking, and related services. The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on the number of delivered orders per month. Current pricing tiers and included services are available on our pricing page. Cancelled orders are not charged.
4.2 Billing Cycle
You may choose monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.3 Free Trial
New customers may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Parcel Tracer and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non–exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Your use of such integrations is subject to those platforms' terms of service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parcel Tracer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parcel Tracer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
